I rarely write reviews but this location voided my Samsung phone warranty without even touching my device. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
Samsung directed me to this location to replace the charging port as my device was still under warranty. I went to the store on Sunday and was told they did not have the part in stock. They created a ticket to order the part. I took my phone with me and was told to bring it back on Tuesday for the repair. I called the store before driving there again to ensure the part was in stock. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that they cancelled my ticket due service not being covered by warranty (even though Samsung had already confirmed the repair was covered). AGAIN they did NOT run any diagnostic or even touch my phone but logged with Samsung that the phone had water damage. So now the remainder of my factory warranty has been voided and no other place can repair my device under warranty.
