Mark of Carpet Cops was pretty awesome. He was the only shop in Tahoe that could help us on short notice. AND he did a beautiful job on our carpets and our kid-stained sofas (which were really a mess and now look sooooo much better!) I would definitely recommend Mark and Carpet Cops for both carpet-cleaning as well as upholstery cleaning!

Mark and everyone who works with him are just incredibly nice and decent people! They have done a wonderful job in my home with some major renovations, and have been incredibly honest, timely and very reasonable. He even gave me some used furniture for free to help re-furnish my home, after I had tossed out a lot of old and damaged furniture! Would recommend him and his company over and over again!!

It was a snow storm weekend, and we needed to clean our home for guests. We went through the yellow pages and called 9 cleaning companies, and Carpet Cops was the only company who was willing to brave the storm and clean our place. Mark personally came out with his team and our place has never looked cleaner. In particular, the sofas came out great after a decade of teenagers and their friends. Mark and his team are super professional, super friendly. Can't recommend Carpet Cops enough.
