This is the Certified Arborist our HOA has just hired to trim our trees -- September 2012. They quoted us $1200 to "Reduce size, lower height, bring in sides, raise low limbo, thin out, shape and balance canopies, remove deadwood". Once the work is complete, we shall write more!
