Superior Body Shop was recommended to us by Carlsen Audi when my wife's car was hit (hit and run while parked). Chet does much of the quoting and coordination. He's efficient, direct, and no-nonsense - and I really like that about Chet. He gives you options - which I also appreciate, and he looks out for your best interests. When he discovered hidden damage behind a fender, he brought the State Farm adjuster back and got them to cover the additional work. When we needed the car back before he was done working on it he actually had it re-assembled for us so we could use it (!). When the rear window wouldn't operate properly, he disabled the window so that we wouldn't accidentally roll it down before it was fixed. Chet let me walk the shop so I could see their operation. Yes, there was an Aston Martin and a Lotus in for body work, along with many high-end vehicles. And everything was clean and organized. Not inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for. Update: my Porsche needed some body repair, and I brought it in to Superior. Superior is one of perhaps 15 Porsche Approved Collision Centers in the USA, so the work is warranted by Porsche, and accident damage doesn't appear in CarFax. The door had to be replaced, and when a used door showed up, Chet sent it back and requested a new door from Porsche. I love Chet.
