Seaman is known for their speed of service. Our car arrived in under 5 minutes from the time we called. Don't expect friendly service when you call - Seaman Radio Dispatch is a machine. The dispatcher speaks with machine-gun rapidity, like an auctioneer - in Spanish. But don't be put off by this first impression. Our driver was very courteous, warm, friendly and polite. The cars are neat and clean. I can't vouch for every driver, so if you find a driver you like, get their business card and arrange your rides directly if you want. With 300 cars and drivers, Seaman Radio Dispatch provides rapid, professional service. I gave 3 stars for Professionalism for the dispatcher's robot-like processing, but our actual driver gets 5 stars.
