SHP provides an amazing education to the kids who attend and take advantage of all that is offered. My daughters have both attended after going to a parochial school. The classes are small (9-17 in a class) which provide each of the students an opportunity to get to know the teachers and to excel. The difference is that they are taught to THINK, not just to do the work. The teachers include many doctorates and masters and they teach in very unique ways to engage the students.
Students are encouraged to participate in many different teams, clubs, groups as possible...there is something for nearly everyone from sports to theater, dance, photography, robotics, music, leadership etc...My daughters have very different personalities and interests and both felt very lucky to be a part of this school. It is expensive but a great investment in your kids.
