I have worked with Randy Diekman in two capacities. In the first, he was the landscape contractor who built out my backyard. This was a tricky excavation and tree-removal project, then build with new sewer, lawns, pool, and tennis court. Randy's construction work was good, although there was an unresolved issue over a severed water pipe to our front yard. Randy's work as a regular gardener is less stellar. While his crew diligently shows up every Friday, they have not properly tended to either our front nor back yards, aside from the traditional "mow and blow". As of consequence, our yard lacks the luster it once had. We have had repeated conversations with Randy's crew but it has not resulted in improved results.
