On 6/5/2014 I had technician Ted come out to my residence. He was very polite and friendly when I answered the door and when he examined the problem with my garage door, he knew exactly what the problem was and kept me informed throughout the repair explaining to me what he was doing and how these different parts work. He was very kind to my kids who are 5 and 9 years old who were very intrigued by what was going on. The repair was done fast and the workmanship looked very professional. I will definitely be calling these guys again if I ever have any more garage door needs! 5 stars in my book!
