It is hard to find a vacuum or sewing machine service and store. Ralph's was on El Camino and I thought they had just closed, but found them last year. They carry all bags, parts, new and used machines. Service is very good and the new store has a lot more room. They also have sewing classes, even for kids. Look for the suit of armor outside (Sir Vacuum Alot)
