A nice feature of Paris is that similar businesses seem to group themselves near each other - for example, there's a sort of artisan paper district, an antique silver district, and so on. The 14eme (14th arrondissement) seems to have collected all the creperies in one place, and many on just one short street, rue d'Odessa. This is a lively street near the train station, movie theaters and shopping - not so many tourists, really. It's a bit more edgy and less romantic, but you can find great creperies here, a specialty of Normandy. Wander up and down the street, pick a creperie that looks appealing, and accompany your crepes with some hard cider and a simple dessert crepe (sugar and lemon is my favorite).
