This past year we purchased a home after searching for over two years. This was a very big project to find a home to meet our needs. We were leaving our beautiful home that we had lived in for 30 years; our next home truly had to be the right fit to justify this big life change. Noah realized that this was a process that would take time to sort out what we really wanted and needed. We knew the basics of what we needed, but she helped us to really refine our needs and choices. Finally after two years and viewing over 30 houses, we found the perfect fit. Noah was patient, insightful, energetic. Every part of the process was taken care of efficiently and professionally. We first met Noah through my son in law, an attorney who works with her professionally. Through this relationship, we first hired her to sell my mother's home (which sold in a few days). We then hired her for our own needs. In additional to helping us find our new home, she also listed and sold our longtime Highland Park home, also in a matter of days. Noah is remarkable.

Noah recently closed a purchase transaction for my parents -- finding them truly the perfect home after a two-year search (where she patiently showed them over 30 properties). She also arranged the sale of their longtime Highland Park home to truly perfect buyers, in a bespoke transaction (evidently they were looking for twelve years!; waiting to buy a home exactly like my parents....). I am beyond impressed with this woman. No wonder she is top agent. In my dad's words: 'she anticipated what we wanted and needed, far before we even did'. Wow.
