We've had the pleasure of renting one of Nest Assured's properties in Santa Barbara -- 1624 Shoreline Drive. It is a lovely and spacious family rental. Not terribly close to the beach nor State Street (you must drive), but the house itself is welcoming and great for our family reunion. This home has a big, open floor-plan and a large 'family' area on the top floor + outdoor deck. There are two master suites of the five bedrooms. Lovely!
