Craig Lindsay has a good sense of design and aesthetics, thoughtfully integrating new work with existing, providing quality materials and craftsmanship, and is a practical problem solver working within whatever design or budget constraints we may have. Craig and his team have done many projects for us over the years - always great about clean-up both during and after, with everything well documented in the invoices. Most of all, his work consistently exceeds our expectations - he pays attention to details, whether it is carefully matching materials and finishes, or thinking about how to improve something at the same time we are making a change without adding significant cost. Projects that Lindsay Construction have completed for us include: (1) rebuilding our entire original roof structure of 4x6 planking, and then adding three very large custom skylights, (2) eventually replacing every door in our home and numerous windows after bear break-ins - no bear has ever entered through a door or window Craig has replaced, (3) new recessed lighting throughout the entire house, (4) new exterior stair lighting on difficult terrain, (5) repaired and refinished our wrap-around deck, and many smaller projects.
