Lauri is responsive, professional and talented. I initially found her name by searching online; I sent her a quick message via her website and she wrote back within an hour with her availability. She was great at follow-through, including when I got a bit lost finding my way to her studio. Her massage room is warm and cozy, creating an easy environment in which to relax. While I asked Lauri for a deep-tissue massage, she works with a variety of modalities. My only concern is that Lauri was a little distracted during the latter part of our service, but I think I prompted that by starting a conversation. I also saw Lauri for 60 minutes and think a ninety-minute session might be more fruitful. I will definitely return to Lauri.
