2012-09-25: Greg at Carlsen Audi provides exemplary customer service. He remembers the details of our car and past service off the top of his head. We love our Audi Allroad, and even though it's getting up there in miles (over 150k), we won't be parting with it anytime soon. Greg is pragmatic and flexible, and helps us through all the options we might have when repairing the car. For example, our air suspension had a failure on just one corner. Although Audi recommends repairing the air suspension on both sides at the same time, because the failure was due to a collision rather than wear, it made sense to only repair the one side. He helped us save some money on a number of otherwise costly repairs (suspension leveling system, exhaust sensor, auxiliary fan...). It's Greg's flexibility that we really appreciate. If only Audi imported the A6 Allroad to the USA - until then, Greg and the team at Carlsen Audi will help us keep our older Allroad running without breaking the bank.
2015-11-20: Our 2005 Allroad finally died with nearly 250k miles - the motor was still strong, and the transmission rebuilt, but the cost of suspension, sensor, interior and body repairs could no longer be justified. If only that A6 Allroad was available for purchase in the USA. We'll miss Greg in service.
