I 'ordered' a tulip arrangement from Flower Delivery Express for my colleague and was sent a confirmation email that the flowers would be delivered the following day. I was surprised when I learned that two days later, the flowers had not yet arrived, especially as my credit card had been charged, etc.! I had used this service as I had ordered the flowers during the evening -- and the service had popped up under Google. I feel pretty darn foolish for not checking out the various online reviews ahead of ordering. Evidently many who have used this service have either not received their orders at all (yikes), or the delivery has been sub-par. I phoned the company and was 'on hold', then dropped. I checked 'online' and the 'order status' tool is not working. So...is this company a sham? Possibly not, as according to a few online reviewers, they are still getting their flowers. Yet (sigh), still no tulips for my friend... I used my credit card to purchase these flowers; I have thus just called to cancel and replace my credit card. You would too!
