We recently purchased a new BMW diesel wagon from BMW of San Francisco, and Frank was our delightful salesperson. Normally car purchasing is a pretty stressful experience -- but our experience was the opposite. We explained what we were seeking -- a 328d wagon -- and he immediately guided us to his inventory and was a walking encyclopedia regarding the features, history of the car, etc. He was not in a hurry -- just the opposite, which took the stress off of my twenty-year old son and I. He let both my son and I test-drive, and patiently fielded all of our questions and deliberations. When it came time to actually negotiate a price, we agreed to split the mark-up, pretty unheard of for at least me in my car-buying experience (previous purchases: an Audi, a Mercedes, and a BMW). This was truly a huge relief: it was fair for both of us and just took the edge off. Frank stayed with us through the whole 'finance' chapter and set up our Serius Radio as well our follow-up Genius appointment. He was a breath of fresh air. This is your sales rep if you want to buy a BMW and have a great experience.
