We have used Vanco several times. We first used Vanco when we bought our home in 1997. The proprietor, Adrianus ('Dutch') Van Ech installed a new furnace system as well as dual water heaters. He secured plan permits, and built a sealed room, per code, around the furnace and heaters with proper venting and drainage, along with sturdy screening to keep the critters out. He did a careful and thorough job. We have since called on Vanco once since the installation (2005). At that time, Dutch found an open contact and bad ignitor, repaired and replaced the same.
