This place is a scam. I drove four hours and booked hotels TWICE over a two week period. They took $50k from me and then said they couldn't do it. Claiming medical reasons. They forgot to send in the medical releases the first time I was there and didn't send it in till the second time I was there. If they had indicates before I drove there that this was going to be an issue, I could avoided those costs. And if they had at least done it before I returned a week later, we could've avoided the second set of costs. To irritate the situation even more, the loan company charged me interest while Nuvia held the funds! I had no use of that money, Nuvia did. Nuvia will not admit to any of these errors and have refused to compensate me in any way. I just finished speaking with Dr Albert Parks in Plano. I will do my best to prevent anyone else from being scammed.
