Spiders and drug store beetles flood the property. I found two black widow spiders behind my fridge and all of my stored grains, rices, etc. were infested with drug store beetles. Management never responded to repair requests, and they constantly play "hot potato" when dealing with customers.
Ron Miller spoke to me when moving in and reassured me that they were an honest property management company. However, on move out they overcharged me and when I kindly asked to speak to Ron (the same person who insisted on speaking with me when I moved in), he literally refused to answer the phone. Instead, Aaron Miller (I believe his son) answered the phone and told me they don't want to speak to me. What was I calling in regard to? A $200 cleaning charge on move-in, despite the fact that I took over the lease from a friend and the place was never cleaned in between. The apartment was actually left in a significantly cleaner condition than when I moved in.
