Lower blepharoplasty bad experience
I would recommend being VERY CAREFUL with plastic surgery. In my concrete case, maybe it wasn't anybody's fault, but I went through a lower blepharoplasty over one year ago. As a result, one of my eyes is closer that the other, and it never was before surgery. And this is here to stay. What is worst is that I've got a herpes simplex infection as a result of the surgery. I do not know if I've got it there or not, but I've NEVER had that before and my problems started right after the surgery (the very first days). As a result, I've been under treatment (eye drops, pills, etc.) for over a year. I am not done yet and I've never will, as this virus is now part of me forever. I've lost vision in one of my eyes (I am not able to read my phone or computer with my right eye even with glasses on), and my eye prescription has increased (likely as a result of the herpes medication). So, please think about this TWICE. I've never ever considered this may have happened, but now I have a problem forever just to get rid of my eyes bags.
