My good friend (and long-time diver) DS highly recommends Maui Dive Shop as 'the place' to get your dive training and certification. While reviewing the site, I noticed Maui Dive Shop also offers e-learning in addition to onsite classwork. This could be helpful for those of us who live on the mainland who would like to do the coursework ahead of time before we come to Hawaii to do our certification dives. Maui Dive Shop offers both PADI and SSI courses. In addition to introductory and tune-up courses, Maui Dive Shop offers a large array of other classes: i.e. night-diving, advanced open water, etc.
