Action Towing towed our Audi Allroad after it had a water pump failure. As an all-wheel drive (AWD) car, it had to be towed with a flat bed. We have CSAA (aka "AAA") Roadside Service. When Brian rolled up with his tow truck, I couldn't help but notice how amazingly clean and shiny it was. I told Brian it was "concours" quality, to which Brian replied that he just won a detailing competition for his tow truck last weekend. There wasn't even dust in the wheel wells, not a finger print on any of the chrome or polished aluminum. The cab interior was just as detailed. It looked like it had rolled off the showroom floor that day. He keeps his tow truck looking like this every day. Just as Brian takes care of his truck, he'll take care of your car. If you are planning a tow, contact Action Towing and request "Brian, driver #614" and a "flag stop". He keeps Elvis Presley playing on the radio (Sirius channel 19), making for a pleasant ride.
